Growing up in the Coulee Region as one of eight children, Kevin quickly learned the importance of teamwork and helping others. As one of the co-owners of LaCrosse By Owner, LLC., those strong family values are something he never lost sight of and carries with him in his business practices every day.
After graduating from the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse with an honors degree in Finance, Kevin turned his passion for real estate into a career and has been helping home buyers and sellers in our area ever since. His career started in 2009 at Gerrard Hoeshler Realtors where he quickly learned how full service real estate companies operated. While he loved his time there, he could never truly justify the outrageous real estate commissions that full service real estate agents often charge. An entrepreneur at heart, he knew there had to be a better way of helping others with their real estate needs, so he ventured out on his own and quickly realized how much the "For Sale By Owner" business model could save his clients. When the opportunity arose to purchase LaCrosse By Owner with his good friend Lance, he welcomed the opportunity and has never looked back.
A dedicated Realtor who holds a broker's license as well as advanced education with an ABR and e-PRO certification, Kevin's strong personal philosophy of putting people before profits has allowed Kevin to help grow LaCrosse By Owner year in and year out. When Kevin's not assisting clients, he is a devoted family man that can be found spending quality time with his wife, four young children, and their rescue animal. He's an avid sports fan that enjoys playing, watching, and attending sporting events.
